Programme Description:
Effective Personal Management (EPM) is a programme which addresses issues of personal productivity and efficiency. It is based on the principle of avoiding dual handling, and includes follow up coaching. EPM saves time, allowing focus on major projects and strategic issues. People who have experienced EPM say that while on the surface the focus is on organising offices, the result in any activity is usually a dramatic improvement the ability to implement vital initiatives and projects such as quality improvement, customer service and business development.

Who is EPM designed for?
Everyone who would like to become more organised and time efficient.

Normal duration: Six hours in two or three sessions over a period of three weeks. Session One explains the principles with examples and worked exercises. Session Two, at least one week later, is a recapitulation of Session One, with individual planning activity and the opportunity to address individual issues. Session Three, at least two weeks later, is an optional opportunity to review objectives and evidence of changes effected.
